Molina Medicare in Texas Is for People With Medicare and Medicaid
For 2027, every Molina Medicare Advantage plan in Texas is a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP). To enroll you must have Medicare Parts A and B and also qualify for Texas Medicaid. Molina does not offer a Medicare Advantage plan in Texas for people who have Medicare only.
A D-SNP combines your Medicare medical and Part D drug coverage in one plan and coordinates it with your Medicaid benefits. Molina's Texas plans are listed by CMS as zero-dollar cost sharing plans, meaning members in the qualifying Medicaid categories pay nothing for Medicare covered services.

Check Your Doctors Before You Enroll
Molina's plans are HMOs, so you generally need to use in-network providers except in an emergency. Look up your primary care doctor, specialists and hospital in the Molina provider directory, or call (972) 666-0578 and we will check for you. We do not charge for this service, and the plan costs the same through us as it does directly.
